As a result of our growth we have multiple positions immediate for hire in our Hollister, Monterey and Salinas Offices.

CPA/Tax Supervisor/Manager– Requirements
  • Undergraduate or Masters Degree
  • CPA License
  • 6+ years public accounting experience
  • Supervisory and staff development experience
  • Thorough understanding of complex accounting & taxation
  • Experience with high-technology/software
  • Strong technical, and interpersonal skills
  • Drive to manage and expand a client base

Audit Senior – Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • CPA License
  • 3+ years public accounting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with high-technology/software
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Senior Staff Accountants – Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • CPA/CPA Candidate
  • 3+ years public accounting experience
  • Understanding of complex accounting
  • Experienced in preparing corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with high-technology/software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Staff Accountants – Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and CPA license
  • Prepare all financial statements, including prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information; recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options; summarize current financial status by collecting information, including prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports; prepare the statement for payroll taxes, sales taxes and business property tax; prepare business and individual income tax returns, including trust, estate returns; represent business or individual clients before IRS to resolve tax related issues; substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents; provide small business consulting and tax planning services; perform audit, review and compilation procedures; answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations; maintain clients’ Quickbooks file and help to solve clients’ Quickbooks problems. Skills in QuickBooks, Prosystem Tax and PRO Engagement are required
