We provide accounting, payroll, auditing, tax and consulting services to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations. As a result of our growth we have multiple positions immediate for hire in our Hollister, Monterey and Salinas Offices.

• Undergraduate or Masters Degree
• CPA License
• 6+ years public accounting experience
• Supervisory and staff development experience
• Thorough understanding of complex accounting & taxation
• Experience with high-technology/software
• Strong technical, and interpersonal skills
• Drive to manage and expand a client base

Audit Senior – Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• CPA License
• 3+ years public accounting experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with high-technology/software
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Senior Staff Accountants – Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• CPA/CPA Candidate
• 3+ years public accounting experience
• Understanding of complex accounting
• Experienced in preparing corporate, individual, partnership, fiduciary and other tax returns
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with high-technology/software
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Staff Accountants – Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• CPA/CPA Candidate
• Knowledge of accounting theory
• General Ledger and preparing of financial statements
• Experienced in preparing payroll taxes, sales taxes and business property tax statements
• Knowledgeable in QuickBooks
• Able to work independently
• Strong organizational skills
